  • Windows 10. I just recently did the option on my computer 'Restart & Update'. That fixed the problem for both this and Skype. And yes this is a recent version (I re-downloaded this week). Thank you for your help.
  • sorry for the long wait for a reply. Was robbed recently, and have been busy these last two weeks getting things squared away. Anywho. On my "My Secure" account. I have something that says "Add Device" to a computer. It turns out that the advice to use a different internet worked (used edge, rather than chrome).
