Ah, if only, in post #2, he had said those steps were from the 'launch pad'!! I had been opening the application and wondering why the rest of the steps didn't work for me! Thanks, Jaga

You misunderstand. I don't know whether I should expect to be able to see the expiry date or, if so, how to do so. I'm assuming, for the moment, that there is nothing wrong with my Anti-Virus to raise a ticket about and that the problem is me l…

No, the SRID you quote was in connection with the problem receiving pop3 after an update. On this thread, I was asking how to view my subscription expiry date, which I still can't see.

No, Jagadesan, that has never been addressed. I have now installed have a more up-to-date version of Anti-Virus which has solved the other problem I has referred to but, like the previous version, there still seems no way to view the expiry date.

... and now I find that Outlook is no longer pinned to my Win7 taskbar. Not sure when that happened, but very recently. I don't know that that is connected to the F-Secure problems, but you know what I am thinking. Complete lack of response…

Oooh dear! As is routine, I left Anti-Virus to run a full scan while I went out. When I came back, it had taken rather longer than usual, and claimed to have found something (DeepScan:Generic.Malware.FP!.5CD2AA32) and asked me whether I want…

The same thing started with me yesterday; Outlook could still slowly retrieve mail from one or two POP3 servers but not my main ones. This morning I restored to a point earlier than the last update (which I already suspected) and everything work…
