Hi, You should be able to exclude this update in the profile for the computers, section "Software updater". In order to do this, you will need some information from the actual patch, for example the BULLETIN name. This should be visible in the software updates part of the Device view. Best Regards, Andy
Hi, It wasn't clear from your second post if the tweaks you made resolved the issue. Unfortunately, at this time, we do only store the local address of the device, so if it is on a private LAN you won't see the external IP. We will look to see if we can enhance this in future versions. Best Regards, Andy
Hi Tamas, Thankyou for your comments. We will be adding remote quarantine support to Computer Protection, later this year. This will allow the admin to manage the quarantine contents from the portal, and we will look into the possibility for the admin to submit samples directly from the quarantine, remotely. Quarantine…
Hi Tamas, I will take this request forward within our team, to see what we can do. Best Regards, Andy
Hi, There is no way for you to save the settings from Workstation Security to bring them to Computer Protection. Best…
Thank you for your report, and my apologies for the late response. We identified an issue which could cause this problem, and have a solution which will be automatically deployed to all users quite soon.

Please could you provide a screenshot from the Policy Manager console showing the setting you…

If the Security Cloud says that the domain/URL is safe, the download is not blocked If the Security Cloud says that the domain/URL is unsafe, access is blocked, regardless of the selected file types.…
Hi, The controls for "Connection Control" are found in the profile editor under the "Browsing Protection" tab. Could you explain in a little more detail what you are trying to achieve, giving an example if possible? Unfortunately, it was not clear from your original question.
Hi Tamas, Thank you for this feedback, we can easily see how this would affect this "use pattern" for the workstations. We are currently evaluating how we might be able to improve this with future versions, but at present we cannot say we have a solution or a schedule. Best Regards, Andy
Hi Tamas, I think there are actually two parts to your suggestion: 1. Submit the samples automatically to Labs for analysis. This one I support, and I will investigate with the team what options we have. 2. Report back to Administrator the analysis results. This one would need more analysis, to ensure that customer…
