Feature set?

Hi,

I've been searching around but I can't find a document clearly describing the feature set currently available. It's all just generic handwavy marketing material... I really like the concept, but I'm hestitant to buy a device without having any confirmation it supports even basic router features like IP assignments and port forwarding.

Does such a document exist?

    Hi 1sk,

I appreciate the comprehensive list you have shared to understand more on the request. I am passing it on to the SENSE team so they can have a look.

  • I edited the list to make it easier to read.

Also added comments after every feature about if I think those features are already available or will be.

Thanks for spending the effort (also in the wishlist sticky), i'll discuss this if it is possible to create a bit more elaborate FAQ / KB article in this fashion that would be useful to highlight these things and maybe provide some more official response. Or alternatively maintain some kind of a summary of the wishlist like you've done as a top post.

As a quick minor correction that list, SENSE does support IPv6 (and prefix delegation), but we don't have configuration options available for the user yet for configuring IPv6 addressing. Also VPN passthrough is available, but not user configurable at the moment.

What that means? Should it work.

Asking this since I cannot get VPN from Sense network to work.

VPN Passthrough SHOULD work as far as we can tell (our corporate VPN does work, as does freedome), which VPN are you using?

VPN what I´m trying is PPTP.
Since authentication do not finish properly, it looks like GRE packets are not forwarded through Sense.

I have the same issue - PPTP will not work if connection is going through SENSE.

Is this a bad feature or a bug and when can we expect the fix?
