How to get License Codes?

We've been trying to get license codes for Client Security 12.20. I reached out to support and was directed to contact Sales. I've tried that twice without success. I also contacted our reseller but they said that we had to contact F-Secure directly. At this point, I'm posting to the Forum with the hope that it will connect me with the right person within F-Secure. It's frustrating to have to jump through this many hoops to get an upgrade for which we've already paid.
