Subscription and syncronization codes became invalid on PC

Hello,
my passwords were synced between my PC and my android phone formerly, but since I got F-Secure KEY 4.2.113 [PC] installed, it says that my subscription became invalid so that I need to buy a new one, and my passwords no longer are synced.
I tried to remove local storage [PC], reinstall F-Secure KEY [PC], and reactivate it with a synchronization code generated on my android phone with F-Secure KEY PREMIUM 4.1.8.
While doing this, F-Secure KEY [PC] says my passwords now are synced (which is incorrect), but it still says to be KEY FREE. Additionally I am not able to sync manually because it asks to buy a new subscription.
Can you help me, please?

Hello Tobi_VLN86,
In order to be able to troubleshoot your problem, please open a support ticket including the following information:
-the file Pwmgr.log located under %LOCALAPPDATA%\F-Secure\Pwmgr\Pwmgr.log
-a copy of the information in Help->About->System information. It can be done by selecting the whole text on the page and then using CTRL(CMD)+C to copy to the buffer.
