Is there a User guide available for Key users. I have installed the app and want to read and understand the setup for all devices / passwords without having to guess what I am doing... Thanks in advance..

We do not have a user guide for KEY as such, but you can find information in the Knowledge Base articles for this product.
Note that you can sort out the article by using the labels on the right-hand side.

Ben, thanks for the prompt reply. I must say that I find it incredible that for a security product, you do not provide a user guide in order that the ordinary end user can install, setup and manage the product with confidence. To rely on a forum and guess work for such a product is, I am afraid to say, a poor reflection of the product purchased.
