Error updating F-secure´s databases in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

Hi I get these errors when I try to update F-secure´s databases in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6:

Does anybody know how to solve it?or any ideas?

    Hi LTsmash,

     

    Apologies for taking this long to answer back. To understand the problem, we really need more information. Most importantly, the fsdiag file is neede as it has the product settings and configuration available inside it.

     

    As such, can you please create a support ticket and provide this file? To create the support ticket, use this page.
