Premium code not working (and some feedback about customer service)
I already wrote about my problem on tuesday.
-I paid for KEY premium subscribtion.
-I received the code, it did not work.
-I´m not sure if it was because you should not copy paste "KEY-" part of the code? Without code the application says there is something wrong with the code or it has expired.
I´m a bit disapointed to the customer service (or lack of it) concerning my problem. I have already wrote about my problem three times, no answer. I also contacted the company by email - I received short answer saying I should come back to F-Secure Community. I also contacted you in Twitter (Finnish account), I got reply that someone is working on my problem soon. No reply or contact since this promise.
I´m not saying that technical support should answer in hours, even in 48 hours. But in my experience that is the case in 90% of cases. Contacting provider of a digital service is usually much more fluent and easy.
