"Campaign Expired"

in F-Secure KEY
- invited friend to freedome, 12 month subscription to f secure key promised
- when entering details, get message "campaign expired"
- online support chat with a guy named Sethu literally the most unhelpful I've ever experienced
Can someone sort out?

I got a code for three month trail by posting freedome on facebook but no campaign name so it will not work with out one can u help to get it working

Was the code you received for the Key product or for Freedome?
Did you try to enter the code received directly in the application?
At which point are you required to enter the campaign name?

"Error in e-mail delivery, please try again later. We could not deliver the subscription key or download link to your e-mail address. Please fill in the order form at www.f-secure.com/offers/exclusive again, or contact F-Secure support at http://www.f-secure.com/en_US/support/home-office/contact-support/."
How can I get the subscrition key?
