Hi All,

If you come across a blank page on your IE 11, while visiting to sites.

Please click on the Compatibility View Settings.

And add the URL or site that you wanted to view.

It will reload the webpage.

I'm testing this on the F-Secure 2014.

I just find out that many sites are not Internet Explorer 11 ready.

So the only work around to solve this problem is the mention step or tips that I gave you.

All you got to do is to go to IE 11 Compatibility View Settings and click on Add on the Link you need to go to.

And IE 11 will reload the webpage and you will not having any problems with it.

That is all that you need to do.

    Hi Rusli,

Is this issue only on IE11+Windows 8.1? If yes, this is a known issue and we are working on it.

    Fendy,

Just to let you know that there is some issues with IE 11 on F-Secure Internet Banking.

On first attempt, it somehow work.

On the second attempt and subsequent attempts, the F-Secure Banking Protection did not pop up.

But if you reload the web page or if you intend to click end and re go to the site again.

The F-Secure Internet Banking Protection Notification Pop Ups did not activate at all. (On second and subsequent try)

So I have submit the bug report to F-Secure Beta Team on these.

You guys should test on 4 common browers for these... namely Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera and IE. All base on latest version updates.

It seems there is a hiccups on the F-Secure Internet Banking Protections.

Every browser updates need to be tested on these...
