Announcement: New Knowledge Base

I am using the PSB portal, the critical software updates do not seem to be working.
I installed F-Secure PSB Workstation Security 10 a couple of weeks ago.
There were a large number of out of date programs initially but after a few days of working on them I got them all current. The patches and updates rolled out very nicely.
Although for the last 4-5 days I have about 20 machines that seem to be stuck.
I can check on the client status page and it shows that everthing is current but in the PSB it show programs that are not up to date. I have tried rebooting the machines multiple times.
I can't see to get the client and PSB protal to sync.
Any troubleshooting ideas?
