Quarantining Message failed (Exchange)

Dear All,

 

Since few time, there are allerts reported as "Quarantining Message failed" in the pm for the exchange server.

On the pm console we see just this and cannot quarantine message. In the jounal on the server nothing special. Could you tell me how can I check what was appened ? Is there special log file for this ?

    With regards to your problem, you may look at the LogFile.log which is located at C://Program Files(X86)/F-Secure/Common

    Sorry, not possible to retrieve the call because its is our support partner who opened the case.

    Hi gvaccarello,

    With regards to your issue I will not be able to help you further without an SRID. Kindly try your level best to get the SRID from your support partner.
