Website issue (ginzykids.com) - Trace security
Hi,
My kids use ginzykids.com for school work. Since this weekend we have the issue that the site reports that the connection is lost. When I turn off trace security in the sense app, the site works again.
Why does this happen? And how to solve this problem (I want to turn back trace security ON)

Sorry for the delayed in response, are you talking about Tracking Protection in Sense admin app? If yes, I suspect that the website contain harmful content or trying to access your browser data i.e cookies that should be blocked by Tracking Protection.
