Bosch Washing Machine

Hi,

A couple of months ago I bought a Bosch Washing Machine with integrared WiFi. The machine will connect to the cloud, 

In the beginning the machine could connect with the cloud but suddenly it stopped working.

I contacted F-secure support and they told me to reset my Sense, which I did today.

Unfortunatelly it didn't solve the problem, the machine is connect to the WiFi but doesn't communicate with the cloud.

Any suggestions?
