    Hello martink,

We are working with ZyXel on various gateway models to make the SENSE service available there. Quoting from the press release: “The two companies have signed an agreement to offer service providers a range of home cyber security gateways”.

As said, our solutions will be available on the service providers’ gateways. This means that the service providers will launch the service as per their schedule if their router supplier is ZyXel. So stay tuned and check your service provider’s announcements.

    Thanks for now.

The question getting moved to Sense board suggested that it would be something related to Sense communicating with the router and not just the user's devices.

The press release suggested that a working solution might have been already introduced.
