Software Updater - Installation of service packs fail

Hello,

Why do service packs fail to install using the software updater?

See example below.

This is not on 1 pc but on all.

Is there a specific setting that needs to be made?

    check the SWUP logs for details.
    Reasons might be found in MS denying the update too.
    check if they update manually without swup
