Installing SENSE app on new phone - can't control or view SENSE

Hi. I got a new Android Moto X4 phone and when I installed the SENSE app on it, it just says "this device is protected" but has no settings, no device list, nothing much at all really. How can I see all of the standard options on my new phone like the app on my old phone? Thanks.

I have to re-setup my router from scratch just because I got a new phone? Who thought this was a good idea?! Now I have to rename all of my devices and icons again?

It took me over two hours to reset the router (it wouldn't pair with my new phone at first) and rename all of my devices again, and I'm still not done. Good luck to you all who get a new phone in the near future, especially if you have a lot of devices. It's a ridiculous process.
