Announcement: New Knowledge Base

4 June 2020: We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Knowledge Base, Changelogs for Business Security Products, where you can find more details, such as bugfixes or new features, about the most recent releases of our business-related products.

Description: Firewall alert. More than 10 alerts in 10 seconds, one or more alerts omitted. Action:

F-secure varottaa yhtenään palomuurin blokkaamista yhteyksistä.

Mistä tämä johtuu? Kyseinen Windows 10 kannettava on wifi verkossa, jossa reitittimessä oma palomuuri päällä, uPnP pois päältä, eikä portti forwardointeja lainkaan. Miten koneen softamuuri voi edes joutua blokkaamaan yhteyksiä joiden pitäisi jäädä reitittimen rautapalomuuriin?

Tuo ilmoituksen jatkuva näytölle pomppiminen estää myös työskentelyn.

I initially wrote it to the finnish forum, but it was moved from the finnish forum to here.

However, the issue is such that F-secure keeps popping up the window about blocket traffic. It happens almost every minute and is really annoying. Is there a malware or something I should be worried about? I have done comprehensive virus scanning with F-secure and also with other virus scanners and the computers seems clean. It was some months ago when F-secure started to constantly show this notification.

I wonder, why does the software firewall block incoming traffic afterall, since the firewall in router is enabled? As far as I understand all the inbound traffic should be blocked in the router, since no port-forwaring or uPnP is enabled.
