Not possible to add license to PSB portal

Hi,

 

we recently bought PSB for are business, ill received serveral keys from my ditributor but its not posible to add those to my portal. When i went to "subscriptions" i only have a blue button "order products". I can select other companies but nothing else then that.

In subscriptions related issue we usually need to check the subscription status and characteristic on our systems. In order to better investigate this issue, could you open a support ticket including the licences certificate and screenshot of the portal?
