There could be lots of possible reasons, for example failed sidegrade of competitor, unsupported OS, lack of disk space, etc...
Please, contact support, or try exe installer (it may show more details).
MSI installation log or fssetup.log can also shed some light.
There is solution that is restart the server and install again, but if I don't like to restart because there is applications running. How can I do this one without restarting?
