F-SECURE CLIENT SECURITY 12.31 NETWORK CONNECTION MALFUNCTION IN CLIENT PC

We are using F-secure Client Security 12.31 in our clients. In some of the machines there is a cross mark on F-secure logo and showing network connection malfuction. Further in the machine F-secure AntiVirus Firewall Daemon service is in stop state and could not be started. All components of F-secure are properly installed and the machine has taken latest update of antivirus as well as of windows.
When we uninstalled 12.31 and installed 12.00 machine working properly. please suggest.

Hello asanka,
Few clarification questions:
1. Do i understand correctly, that you have this issue with both CS 12.31 and CS 12.32?
2. What OS is/are affected?
Network connection malfunction is shown in 2 cases:
1. F-Secure Anti-Virus Firewall Daemon is stopped (could be detected from Windows services window)
2. F-Secure Firewall driver is stopped. Can be checked by running "sc query fsfw" from cmd with admin rights.
Please, check, what is the reason in your case.
Best regards,

And restart of the machine doesn't help, i guess?
The most common scenario, in which driver is running and daemon is not, is the situation where for some reason version of driver fsfwd.sys (can be found in c:\Windows\System32\drivers\) and version of daemon fsdfwd.exe (can be found in c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\FWES\program\) are different.
If restart does't help, and versions are identical, please, contact support. We will need to collect FW debug logs for investigation.
