I have highlighted about your post to the SENSE team and they're investigating this issue. However, we would need further details in your setup.
Eg, is your upstream connect (home router <-> SENSE) Wi-Fi or cable? What type is your home router? Which ISP are you using?
Problem not solved, router reset helps only about 15 minutes...
And when I switch the protection totally off, internet works with no problem. What the heck???
I have connected SENSE to Cisco cable modem (EPC3825 Eurodocsis 3.0 / Sonera) with Ethernet RJ-45 cable
After removing all AVG and Norton products, all works fine
