NOT SHOWING ANY DETAILS IN POLICY BASED INSTALLATION TAB F-SECURE POLICY MANAGER CONSOLE

When we are giving policy for upgrading the clients from our F-secure Policy Manager Console.

Previsouly all detils of the domain will be shown in policy based installation tab. But after upgrading to the console 12.31. In some of our server no details are availabe in policy based installation tab. such as progress, failed,succeed etc.

    Why 12.31 and not 12.40
    Did you install the Hotfix (both versions have one)?

    If upgrade to version 12.40 and hotfix will not help, please, contact support.

    We will need screenshots and support tool information for investigation.
