PSB Email & Server Security / Recipient for Email Notifications

Hi,

 

I've got a fresh installed version of the PSB Email & Server Security on a Server 2008R2 with Exchange 2010 SP3. 

So when i try to configure the Recipients of warnings from Microsoft Exchange and Anti-Virus for Windows Server, the console doesnt save the emailaddress?

I tried it serveral times with Internet Explorer and Firefox,but every time the address get loss after a few seconds... 

Yes i klick the "Save Button" Smiley Wink

 

Any Idea?

    Hello jonniee,

     

    I guess, by fresh version you mean 12.10?

    If yes, please, contact support. We can not reproduce the issue, and will need support tool information collected from your server for investigation.
