Cable connection to router not working

Hi,

 

I want to connect my router with sense, using the included cable. The LAN-port of my router has internet, I double verified with a laptop on the same port. But unfortunately, when connecting to sense, the app says "Something went wrong. Check that the cable is connected correctly and that your internet connection is working". I approved both, changed the original cable with one of my own, but it is still not working. I don't know what to do. My router is the Unitymedia Connect box CH7465LG-LC.

    Hi,

     

    yes, I deleted the app data as well and did also a reset of the router, cable already pluged in. This solved the problem.
