i bought f secure key since 26/02/2017 i paid £17.99 i have my reference can you fix it for me please my reference is xxxxxx.

Could you please brief us the issue you are facing with Key? Is it regarding autofill in Key?
I think the same thing happened to me after an update. The update installation turned off my browser autofill.
Try this:
F-Secure>Settings>General> Check box to "Enable Browser Autofill"
