PSB Management portal problems with security updates.

Hello, 

 

in our PSB management portal I am getting weird behaviour in last 3 days. In home screen overall protection procentage keeps dropping on a daily basis. It is showing that almost every computer has critical security updates to install. But when i check the clients computer it doesn`t show any critical or even important security updates to install.

 

I manage multiple companies over this portal and it bothers me because i don`t know if there is really something to install or just weird behavior. I also manage our own firm computers and my computer also shows up that i have security updates to install... but in the list i only have 1 ultavnc update that i can install. 

 

Can anyone explain why this is happening or what i can do to correct this issue?

    Hi,

     

    there was a configuration error that prevented PSB portals getting the latest SWUP updates. Problem is now corrected and everthing should be working fine.
