F-secure disabled after restarting computer

For the last few weeks, I and a few others have noticed that our F-secure client is disabled after we restart our computers. Upon getting logged in we have a box popup saying that both "Windows Defender and F-Secure are disabled which would you like to enable?"

Anyone have an idea as to why this is happening or what we can do to solve this?

We are running Windows 10 Pro version 1607 Build 14393.693

    Hello runner7532,

What F-Secure product/version do you have on your machine?

    Best regards,

    Vad

  • We have the F-Secure Client Security version 12.0

This version is too old. I would recommend to upgrade to the latest one. BTW, version 12.30 will be available soon (in January).

If upgrade to 12.20/12.30 will not fix the problem, please, contact support.

    Best regards,

  • After you had asked about the version I did get looking and find there were updates available, but I am not finding how to upgrade the policy manager server/console. I was able to find the jar file for the client upgrade, but where can I find the server upgrade?
