Unable to release quarantined messages

Running Exchange 2003, F-secure Antivirus for Microsoft Exchange 9.10+hotfix 1

 

I am unable to release messages from quarantine.

 

when i try to release, the status is: Processing, and nothing happends!

Please ensure that the "Notification sender address" is a vaild email address in your Exchange environment.
