how to configure e-mail alert forwarding

Hi All,

 

how to configure e-mail alert forwarding?i'm using google email server.i have configured the settings but virus alerts are not coming.the problem is, there is no place to enter authentication settings

Not possible. use an internal relay.

this is very annoyingit just a matter of adding authentication settings(username and password).policy manager has this option but clients don't have that.Please add this option
