[SOLVED] Email alert forwarding error in PSB Email and Server Security/PSB Server Security

Products affected: PSB Email and Server Security and PSB Server Security versions 11.X/12.X 

Problem: The email alert forwarding feature has been dropped from PSB Email and Server Security/PSB Server Security since version 9.20. However, the user interface to configure the email alert forwarding is still present in the Web Console.

Visible effects: User gets an error message when configuring the email alert forwarding in PSB Email and Server Security/PSB Server Security, via Web Console > General > Administration > Alerts. The setting does not take effect.

Workaround: No Workaround.

ETA: Fixed in the latest PSB Server Security 12.10 build 284
