Problem: Quarantine is not available.
Visible effects: User gets a false error message via email stating that the quarantine is not available, or does not exist. Upon investigation in the web console, everything is working properly as it should.
Workaround: If you encounter this issue, please contact support to obtain a hotfix.
ETA: Currently the fix is provided by case basis. Contact support for assistance.
