E-Mail And Server Security only scores SPAM Confidence leven zero (0) or nine(9)

Hi All,

 

we are using E-Mail and Server security 11.x

 

and activated the spam controll for some time now (some months) we just discovered that the spam filter only qualifys messages as 0 (non spam)  or 9 (highest level of spam)

there are no messages qualified in between.

 

the problem is that some of the 1% level 9 spam are false positives. and should not be ringing any alarmbells.

 

for my logic to be Level9  classified (highest level) spam the mail should be comming from a nigerian king that promise me 2 million (USD) worth of viagra and rollexes if i pay him 1000US Dollar in advance for transportation costs.

 

It's almost impossible to scan 200.000 mails and only classify mails with 0 and 9 and noting in between.

    We're experiencing the exact same issue. Emails are either ranked 0 or 9.
