Windows Laptop Security

I pre-ordered the sense device, but my big concern is protection outside the home. I understand I will be able to install sense protection on my laptop and mobile devices, but will the laptop protection be as good as the current F-Secure security software I use right now? Will it include all the different layers of protection or will it just be a stripped down version basic antivirus program? I would like for it to include url blocking of bad sites, protection against all types of Malware, Browsing protectoin, etc.
