Premium code does not work

I bought a premium subscription, but when I try to activate my account with a code what I got after subscription, I get an error message that the is already used or old. I have done two support request without any response from F-secure. How I can cancel my subscription and get my money back?

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Was Key already installed on your devices or did you install it for the first time and used the premium code?
