Purchased on iphone, wont activate on ipad

Hi, I purchased a one momth subscription to freedome on my iphone with then idea i would also be able to use it on my ipad under the same apple id. Well im logged into the same apple id on my ipad as i am on my iphone and when i click restore purchase or even try to make the same one month purchase it says your purchase has been restored but it still says expired. Whats the deal here? It works fine on my iphone but not on my ipad under the same apple id that purchased it.

    Sorry for the delay in the reply. As mentioned in the article here, you should be able to use your app store subscription on your iPad as well. However, since it shows as expired, did you restore the purchases during the trial period itself? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application on your iPad and use the same app store subscription for validation?
