Why is it that the normal price of f-secure key on the website is 29,90€ for 12 months (well right now it has a 50% discount) but when I open the subscription page on the mobile application the price is 11,69€ for 12 months?

The campaign discount is now also on mobile, as available on the web. However, the 50% discount may vary a little between the web and the app stores since we need to follow the price tires and their currency exchange rate. That is the reason for the price difference.
