No QR code to reset password?

New client logo in ok put a couple of passwords in. Then logged in later that day, master password did not work, can not upload image as I never set it up and now can not access Fsecure key.. help please?

Hi Carm69,

 

F-Secure KEY has a possibility to recover the master password using the QR code. Unfortunately, if you do not have a QR recovery code, you cannot recover the Master password. You may find more information about the QR code in our articles here:
