Hi,
I realize the webreport New top 10 and All time top 10 its same. What the difference between them? Or what is the time where considered "All time" and "New top 10"?
As you can see its the same report, just change the name.

The difference between these two tables is the fact of acknowledgement.
If you mark some of the alerts as acknowledged (Ack) in Policy Manager Console (Alerts tab) they will no longer be shown in 'New Top 10' report.
