Lost subscription data on Key upgrade

Since upgrading to 3.1.112, when I login the product wants me to create a recovery code (already done) and says my subscription is free and wouldn't I like to upgrade.  My subscription is paid through November 2016.  How can I fix this?

    Hello Kathleen,

     

    The fact that it is requiring a new recovery code might be that the upgrade modified a salt parameter for the master password. I'll contact you by private message about your subscription expiring.
