Can't generate sync code after updating to new app on Macbook

I finally downloaded & installed the newest version of F-Secure Key to my Macbook yesterday, and it seems to have rubbed out all of my passwords.  I still have them on my iPhone, but I can't generate a sync code on either device.  Please help!

    What is the actual version you downloaded and installed? We have currently version 3.1.109(.dmg) on this address to try out.
