Just renewed - questions

Just went to renew subscription for 3 computers
I wanted to goto 6 computers for 1 year.
I chose 1yr renewal "X 2"
received 2 subscriptions keys.
Entered the first key, renewed 3 computers for 1 year.
Enter 2nd key and renewed the same computers for an additional year. (2 years)
This is not what I wanted! I wanted 6 computers for 1 year.
How do I fix/change this?
I am currently waiting to install on another computer............

Yes, of coarse I submitted a "Support Request", but last time
I submitted a support request , it took a "week" before I received an answer.
I can't wait a week this time for an answer.
Is there a more direct way to reach support? A week is way to long.
At our company we try to answer support request within the hour and
"never" longer than 24hrs.

I resently bought one license and added Premium Voucher to my Android (GalaxyS5) - then i generated the synchronization code and tried to connect devices to get my two laptops synchronized to phone. Everytime my computers F-key tells me "Your subscription has expired". And software titles "KEY FREE" allthought i´ve bought a license

Thnx, BUT did not solve the problem. I have read these different posts here and looks like that people have similar sync problems. I hope you can solve problem fast.
I have just renewed Premium license and now i cannot Sync between devices.
(Or do i have to by different license to all my devices - if so I´ll be happy to do that if the problem is solved?)0 Like
