New customer with PSB, new workstations showing as UNKNOWN in portal
We have set up a new customer with PSB Advanced Workstation Security and the customer is in the process of rolling it out to their estate. Some workstations are being recognised correctly but some are coming through to the portal as UNKNOWN. The UNKNOWN ones never seem to complete and the client on the workstations never seem to update.
We have tried removing the UNINOWN from the portal and uninstalling the client on the workstation before re-installing again but to find the same problem.
The customer is using a pfsense firewall and I want to confirm what ports must be open to allow successful installation, registration and updates.
