Why is PSB for Workstation showing status “Unknown” in all its modules?

If you are using a Lenovo laptop with RapidBoot installed, there are chances that this software may prevent F-Secure services and/or other services that is critical to your system startup to start properly. The solution is to disable or uninstall RapidBoot.

 

To uninstall RapidBoot:

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel.
  2. Click Uninstall a Program.
  3. Select RapidBoot. Click on Uninstall/Change.
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen to uninstall RapidBoot.
