KEY Premium only active on iPhone

Hi,

 

I bought premium subscription with iPhone less then a month ago, and there  it is correctly identified as "KEY Premium". On all of my other devices I get "Your subscription has expired" message even when I try to reconnect them using the connect code from iPhone. Is there something i can do to activate "KEY premium" on all of my devices?

 

I was gonna send a support request (https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/support-request) about this, but there seems to be no option for "F-Secure Key" (or Freedome) in the "Product" dropdown.

    Everything is ok now.

     

    I'm not sure what actually did it, but I started playing around with creating passwords on both iPhone (2.1.0) and Win 8.1 (2.0.145) and deleting them. Either it was that or/and clicking Help -> About -> Sync now on Win 8.1 but I don't know if that does anything special.

    To be able to sync you devices you should simply follow this article.

     

    As it seems you might already have, could you give us more details about the devices involved and the version(s) of KEY installed?

     

    Concerning KEY support it is currently done fully through our community.
