F-Secure Key Logs out after 26 seconds

F-Secure Key Logs off my android phone after approx 26 seconds.   Original problem was that it would not sync with android phone .   installed latest update now it logs off after being active for 26 seconds.

 

any suggestions?

Is the "Remember Master Password on this device" box checked?

Are you locking your android phone when this happens?

 

Which version of Key are you currently using the problematic device?

I tried it both ways with master password remembered in master password not remembered both times after logging in approximately 20 seconds later it logs out. If secure version is 2.1 .11

PS the android device that if secure is on is not locked or password-protected
