 I pay this software and now I want to use it! I reinstall Windows 8.1 and can't now find this premium voucher from anywhere... I can't get help from anywhere! HELP ME NOW or give my money back!

Hi,

 

sorry for the trouble you have had with the reinstallation. Usually the Premium status is restored when you generate a synchronization code on one of your other devices and enter it in "Connect devices" in the reinstalled Key .

 

In case this has failed, I have sent you a Premium Voucher in a private message so you can use to restore the status.
