Order via asknet.com to renew subscription

I renewed my subscription of the f-secure key via asknet.com. I received only e-mail from asknet.com with order confirmation. I cannot find any information what to do next. Can you help me?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Following an upgrade on our side, there seems to be some issue with our in-app purchasing process in some cases. 

     

    Our teams are working on a resolution. 

     

    We managed to trace your order so I'll contact you by Private Message to provide you with replacement voucher.

    Asknet.com = F-Secure International Online Shop

     

    Order confirmation with no code and software/app does not turn to premium. Darek and AGA1 needs working code. 

     

    Asknet.com email and order process needs to be checked to deliver working code!

    I think the future orders via asknet.com should not be considered?

    Would you recommed any better way to renew f-secure key please?

    We reported the issue to the concerned persons.

    The renewal process stay unchanged as of now but our teams are always working to improve it and make it smoother.
