Forgot F-secure KEY master password is account resetable somehow to fresh start

Hello, I forgot master password for KEY. And have 1 year subscription running.

 

Is there a way to start all over? -Its ok if I lost all my saved passwords inside the KEY. But now the software is useless to me. Can F-secure help?
